How does payment work?

There is no online payment. Your order is a request that reaches us directly; our team calls you back to confirm it and arrange payment (on delivery or by bank transfer).

What is your return policy?

Any defective item can be reported on receipt; we offer an exchange or a credit. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and a photo of the item.
